In Microsoft Outlook, you can show multiple calendars in the To-Do Bar by following these steps:

  1. Open Outlook: Launch Microsoft Outlook and ensure that you are signed in with the account where your calendars are stored.
  2. Navigate to Calendar View: Click on the „Calendar” icon in the navigation pane at the bottom left corner of the Outlook window.
  3. Enable the To-Do Bar:
    • In Outlook 2010 and 2013: Click on the „View” tab in the Ribbon, and in the Layout group, check the „To-Do Bar” option.
    • In Outlook 2016, 2019, and Microsoft 365: Click on the „View” tab in the Ribbon, and in the Layout group, click on „To-Do Bar,” then select „Calendar.”
  4. Show Multiple Calendars:
    • Once the To-Do Bar is enabled, you should see your primary calendar displayed there.
    • To add additional calendars, click on the small calendar icon (it looks like a square with a down arrow) located at the top right corner of the To-Do Bar.
  5. Select Calendars to Display:
